1. Agreement

These terms are between you and White Sun [CONFIRM legal entity] ("we", "us") and apply when you use the WSMsg app and services. If you do not agree, do not use WSMsg. See also the privacy policy.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your phone, your recovery phrase and your account. We cannot recover your messages or keys if you lose them.
• You must be at least [CONFIRM age] years old and allowed by law to use the service.
• Do not share your recovery phrase with anyone, including people who say they are from White Sun. We will never ask for it.

3. What you may not do

Do not use WSMsg to: break the law; harass, threaten or exploit others; share sexual content involving minors, or any other content whose sharing is a crime; send spam or run bulk or automated accounts; spread malware; attack, probe or overload our services; or evade a suspension or block. Because messages are encrypted we cannot read them, so we rely on reports from users and on technical abuse signals such as account behavior.

4. Reports, suspension and ending

You can block and report other users. We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice where needed to protect people. You can stop using WSMsg and delete your account at any time in the app. [CONFIRM: appeal process, if any.]

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You are responsible for it. We only carry it in encrypted form, and you give us permission to do that for as long as needed to deliver it.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep WSMsg available but cannot promise it will always be, and we may change or end features. If we end the service we will give notice [CONFIRM period].

7. Software and open-source

The app uses open-source software, including libsignal, under its own licenses. [CONFIRM: license of the app and source availability, as required by the licenses.]

8. Disclaimers and liability
